Resilience is a skill needed for professional, personal and professional well-being. Positive Psychology employs mindfulness and meditation techniques to cultivate the skills needed for resilience. The practical techniques and practices will be covered that can support the skills needed for both corporate and personal well-being and growth.
The material for this class is taken from “Resilient” by Rick Hanson and also from “Search Inside Yourself”, a book about Google’s Mindfulness and Meditation program.
